720 King Street, Jacksonville, FL
Intuition Ale Works is thrilled to partner with Movember Jax to support men’s health.
This WEDNESDAY, November 24th we’re throwing a Stache Bash for the ages. We’re donating 50 cents from every pint sold during the rest of the month to Movember, so come out to drink tasty local beer and support a great cause!
If you’re a Mo Bro or Mo Sista, don’t miss the Mo competition. At 7:30pm we’ll be awarding prizes. The best Mo Bro and Mo Sista will each win an annual membership to our Mug Club … and the winner of the Lame Mo competition will win a gallon growler of brew. To enter, look for the registration table in the brewery! Read about our Mug Club here to see what you could win.
There will be a Movember bake sale, Pele’s Fire Catering will be serving up pizzas and munchies, and we’ll have a rockin’ stache photo booth.
It’s the day before Thanksgiving, so you probably don’t have to work the next day – no excuses for not being there!
If you can’t make it on Wednesday, please consider making a donation to the Intuition Ale Works Movember team. Let’s change the face of men’s health!
Mo, slang for moustache in Australia, and November come together each year to form Movember, a worldwide charity working to change the face of men’s health — literally. The rules are simple; Mo Bros start Movember 1st clean-shaven and grow a moustache for 30 days. The stache becomes the “pink ribbon” for men’s cancers and the way by which awareness and funds are raised. Mo Sistas can also collect donations online in support of their Mo Bros. Over $42 million was raised last year — US donations benefit the Prostate Cancer Foundation and LIVESTRONG, the Lance Armstrong Foundation.
