Yesterday a big package… a REALLY big package… came in the mail.
Our new tanks have arrived!
These beauties traveled this week from Tallgrass Brewery in Manhattan, Kansas, a brewery owned by one of Brewer Ben’s classmates from the Siebel Institute. Five more 30-barrel fermenters effectively double our fermentation capacity… that means MORE BEER!
If all goes as planned, we’ll have the new tanks up-and-running by the first week of February.
