Beer Style: Cold IPA
A relative newcomer to the expansive styles of craft beer, a Cold IPA refers to a beer style that retains clear, crisp, and dry qualities of a lager while also expressing a huge hop aroma and flavor such as you might find in a New England IPA.
Tasting Notes:
Huge aromas of roasted pineapple, resin, and passionfruit. Flavors include tropical fruit, black cherry, peach, and subtle blueberry. Mouthfeel is medium-light in body, with a bright carbonation and a dry finish.
