Bier Hall Concert FAQs

Bier Hall Concert FAQs

Where is the Bier Hall?

The Bier Hall is our event space that opened in 2019. It shares the same address – 929 E Bay St – as the rest of our building. The entrance is on Forsyth Street, just around the corner from our taproom (in the same building!), right next to Manifest Distilling. The Bier Hall is air conditioned and is nearly 6,000 square feet.

What time does the show start? When will it end?

On the day of the show (usually in the midafternoon), we send each ticket buyer a short email that includes everything they’ll need to know before they arrive at the venue. This email includes a provisional schedule, including when doors open, when the opener will start, and when the headliner will take the stage.

HOWEVER, this is just an outline. We try to stick to the plan as tightly as possible, but things happen…

There is no way to know when a show will end. Most headliners play anywhere from 90 to 130 minutes. However, there is no curfew, and we certainly won’t be telling anyone when to end their set.

To summarize: it’s best to arrive early, have a beer or two, and enjoy yourself!

Where do I buy tickets?

Advance and day-of tickets are available HERE!

We do not have an onsite box office. This means that there aren’t in-person or over-the-phone ticket sales before a show.

Tickets will be sold at the door for shows UNLESS the show is SOLD OUT. Follow us on social for low-ticket alerts!

Can I bring in outside drinks?

Absolutely NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES will be permitted in the Bier Hall. Only Intuition beer purchased on site is permitted by law inside the venue. You may bring Intuition beers into the Bier Hall that were purchased in our taproom or rooftop bar.

I can’t make the show. Can I have a refund?

All ticket sales are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges will be given unless a show is cancelled. In the event of really bad weather, the show will go on if the artist is at the venue and able to perform. If a show is cancelled for any reason, we will email all ticket buyers immediately, and will update our website and social media right away to indicate whether the show will be rescheduled or whether refunds will be issued. If a show is rescheduled, tickets may be refunded by emailing beer@intuitionale.com.

Do I have to be 21 to attend a show?

We are an ALL-AGES venue. HOWEVER, if you are under 18, you need to be accompanied by an adult (21+).

Anyone 21 and older who plans on drinking beer will be asked to show a valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID. Anyone without proper ID, regardless of age (who is not accompanied by an adult) – will not be admitted to the venue.

Do you have chairs at each show?

The short answer is no. We do host shows that are entirely seated, and others that are a mix of seats and standing (two different price tiers). Otherwise, our shows are standing room only.

Patrons with special needs should email lindsay@intuitionale.com in advance to make special arrangements.

Is smoking allowed?

No! But you may smoke outside.

Is reentry allowed?

Yes, with a wristband.

What is not allowed in the Bier Hall?

Items such as pocketknives, pepper spray, flasks, outside food and drinks or anything that could be considered dangerous or illegal will not be allowed in the building.

Are pets allowed?

No.

Is parking available?

FREE PARKING is available in Lot X across the street from the brewery in the grassy area. Heading east on Bay Street, stay to the RIGHT when the new traffic pattern begins near the intersection of Bay and Lafayette. You will see the entrance to Lot X almost immediately after making the slight right turn to stay on Bay Street. If an attendant is onsite, you must tell them that you are attending the concert to receive free parking.

Does the Bier Hall sell food?

No, but the taproom next door does, and guests are permitted to bring food purchased in the taproom into the Bier Hall. Check out our menu HERE.
